摘要 B型利钠肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)是利钠肽家族成员中一种含32个氨基酸的多肽激素,主要从脑、心室分泌。早期的生理研究主要集中在利钠、利尿、扩血管,抑制醛固酮分泌及交感神经活性等方面,是反映左室功能不全和容量负荷过重的一个敏感指标。近来的研究发现BNP与动脉粥样硬化发病存在关系,现拟对BNP与冠状动脉粥样硬化发病机制的最新进展作一综述。 B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP} is a kind of natriuretic hormone that contains 32 amino acids, distributed in the brain and cardiac ventricle. In the early stages of research, the physiology of BNP was concentrated on natriuretic, diuresis, and the inhibition of aldosterone and adrenergic nerves. However, in later research, BNP has been connected with atherosclerosis in many fields. This article summarises the recent research into BNP and atherosclerosis.
