摘要
目的建立麻花秦艽中汞、砷和铅3种金属元素的含量测定方法。方法采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定麻花秦艽中汞、砷和铅3种金属元素含量。结果麻花秦艽中的汞、砷和铅的含量分别为0.59%、0.25%和0.46%。加样回收率为92.31%-104.00%,精密度RSD为1.44%-2.60%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于中药麻花秦艽的质量控制。
Objective To develop a simple, sensitive and rapid method for the determination of mercury, arsenium and lead in Gentiana straminea Maxim. Methods Three metal element were determined by ICP -AES with microware digestion in Gentiana straminea Maxim. Results The content of mercury, arsenium and lead were respectively 0.59% ,0.25% and 0.46% in Gentiana straminea Maxim. The recovery of the mothod was between 92.31% 104.00%, and the RSD was 1.44% - 2.60%. Conclusion The result demonstrated that the method was sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used to control the quality of Gentiana straminea Maxim.
