Harmonious development on regional economy is the scientific summary as a result of the CPC＇s long-term exploration on the Regional development strategy and the breakthrough of Chinese Economy develops strategy thought. Although there are still kinds of problems in the legal security system of harmonious economy development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region, we could achieved the target of harmonious development in these regions as long as we pay serious attention on the matter and settle these problems.
