聚苯乙烯磺酸掺杂聚苯胺/蒙脱土复合材料的制备与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Composites of Polystyrene Sulfonic Acid (PSSA)/Polyaniline and Montmorillonite Clay

摘要 以聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSSA)为掺杂剂,插层原位聚合制得水分散性聚苯胺(PANI)/蒙脱土(MMT)复合材料。利用X射线(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、热分析(DSC)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对其进行表征,测试了复合材料的直流电导率-温度依赖关系。结果表明:蒙脱土主要是以剥离片层状分散在PSSA-PANI基体中,有效地抑制了过掺杂。蒙脱土片层使复合材料具有很好的热稳定性,明显改善了电导率的温度依赖性。 Polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA) doped water-based polyaniline (PANI)/montmorillonite (MMT) clay composites were synthesized by intercalation polymerization and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The temperature-dependence of DC conductivity [σDC (T)-] of the composites were measured. The results show that 'the exfoliated silicate nanolayers of MMT are disperse in the polyaniline matrix and against the over doping effectively. The MMT nanolayers enhanced the thermal stability of the composite and results in good stability of σDC (T) on temperature.
