摘要
介绍了采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对YZ-35A型牙轮钻机的空心轴进行静力学和动力学分析的过程,阐述了在分析过程中模型建立、网格划分、载荷和约束条件的处理等主要步骤方法,找出了其薄弱环节,避免共振现象的发生,为牙轮钻机回转机构中空心轴结构的优化设计提供了参考。
This paper introduces the process for the hollow shaft of YZ-35A blasthole drills being analyzed on statics & dynamics through ANSYS software. Also expatiates the mainly means & approaches about model establishing, mesh dividing, loads & restrict conditions disposing. Weak points of the hollow shaft are founded. Resonance phenomena are avoided. This paper supplies references for the structural optimize design of the hollow shaft on rotating reducer.
