摘要
企业作为社会的最基本的经济组织,其经营绩效的好坏直接关系到其自身的生存与发展。在企业绩效评价过程中,需要考虑大量定性和定量因素,其中有些因素具有不确定性、模糊性、随机性特点,而且因素间可能相互影响,这也就给科学客观的评价自身经营管理绩效带来一定的困难。网络分析法(ANP)是AHP基础上发展形成的一种新的决策方法,该方法考虑了不同层次之间的信息反馈与同一层次元素之间的相互依存关系。为此,将网络分析法应用于企业绩效评价,提出了基于网络分析法(ANP)的绩效评价模型。应用实例表明,ANP方法可有效的解决企业绩效评价问题,并使决策更为科学、合理。
As the basic cells of social economy, the performance of enterprise has great effect on its survival and development. However, in the process of performance evaluation of enterprises, there are many uncertain, fuzzy and random factors, which have influence on each other. ANP was developed on the basis of AHP, which not only focuses on the feedback of different layers of factors, but also considers the interrelation of factors in the same level or layer. And hence, to tackle this problem this article offers an ANP-based evaluation model. A numerical example illustrates the availability of the method.
