摘要
采用秘灵王(MLW)灌喂正常Swiss鼠与先天性免疫缺陷裸鼠,观察MLW对两品系小鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨MLW的免疫调节效应。结果表明,MLW可显著促进Swiss鼠T、B细胞对丝裂原的反应性;促进胸腺细胞与骨髓细胞的自发增殖;促进脾细胞产生IL-1、IL-6的能力(P<0.01)。MLW对裸鼠仅可促进B细胞对GPS的反应性(P<0.05)。裸鼠与Swiss鼠比较,裸鼠B细胞对LPS、GPS的反应性、骨髓细胞自发增殖、血清CIC水平等指标均高于Swiss鼠(0.01<P<0.05),而胸腺细胞自发增殖、血清溶菌酶含量、脾MΦ精氨酸酶水平均低于Swiss鼠(P<0.05)。提示MLW对正常鼠及免疫缺陷鼠有不同的免疫调节效应。
The immunofunctions of Swiss mice and nude mice administered with effective dose of Milingwang (MLW) agent in stomach were observed.The results showed that MLW could evidently promote the reactivity of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes of Swiss mice to mitogens,sponteneous proliferation of thymus and bone marrow cells,and ability of producting interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 of splenocytes (P<001).MLW could only increase the reactivity of B lymphocytes of nude mice to glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch polysaccharide (GPS) (P<005).Compared to thoes of Swiss mice,nude mice′s parameters of reativity of B lymphocytes to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and GPS,sponteneous proliferation of bone marrow cells and sera circle immune complex (CIC) level were higher (P<005).However, the parameters of sponteneous proliferation of thymocytes,sera lysozyme level,level of arginase in macrophages of spleen were lower (P<005).It may be suggested that MLW has different immune regulation effect on normal Swiss mice and immunodeficiency mice.
