摘要
首先对氧化铝、铈锆复合氧化物等主要催化材料的理化性能进行检测、分析评价和筛选。应用超细粉碎和相关专利技术进行制浆和催化剂涂覆,并对制得的催化剂试样进行活性和耐久性评价。最后将选取出的催化剂应用于不同类型、不同排量的电喷摩托上进行国Ⅲ匹配试验研究。结果表明,本文所开发的催化剂,完全可满足国Ⅲ摩托车标准对催化剂的活性和耐久性要求。
Firstly, to conduct test, analysis, and collection for the physical and chemical properties of the catalytic materials (such as alumina and cerium zirconium mixed oxide etc.), to adopt superfine technology and relevant patented technologies for pulping and catalyst coating and make evaluations for the activity and durability of the catalyst generated by this process, then to use this kind of catalyst in the motorcycle engines (in different types and displacements) for test. The results show that the catalyst produced by the method above mentioned can meet the requirements of the National State -Ⅲ Emission Standard.
