糖尿病性视网膜病变血浆内皮素和心钠素含量变化及意义

Changes of endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in plasma in diabetic retinopathy and the significance

为探讨内皮素和心钠素在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的作用，采用放射免疫分析法分别测定了糖尿病及正常对照组血浆内皮素和心钠素含量，同时测定了空腹血糖值。结果表明：糖尿病性视网膜病变组病人血浆内皮素和心钠素显著升高，且二者之间呈显著正相关。糖尿病两组空腹血糖值均显著高于正常对照组，但无组间差异。说明内皮素和心钠素共同参与了糖尿病性视网膜病变的病理过程。提示：血浆内皮素和心钠素含量的升高在一定程度上反映了视网膜病变的严重程度，而空腹血糖水平可能是糖尿病的早期影响因素。

In order to study the function of Endothelin (ET) and Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) in diabetic retinopathy (DR), we determined not only the plasma ET and ANP level,but also fasting blood sugear in patients with diabetes mellitus and controls.The results show that the levels of plasma ET and ANP in DR were significantly higher and positively correlated. The value of fasting blood sugar in two groups of diabetes mellitus was higher than that in control, but there′s no difference between the two groups. The results suggest that ET and ANP are both involved in the pathologic course of DR.The increase of plasma ET and ANP reflects the severity of retinopathy to some extent.The level of fastind blood sugar may be one of the important factors in the early stage of diabetes mellitus. 
