支气管哮喘患者免疫指标变化的观察

The observation on changes of immunity index in bronchial asthma patients

目的观察支气管哮喘患者T淋巴细胞亚群和血清免疫球蛋白水平的变化。方法测定148例急性发作期患者发作期和缓解期各项免疫指标,并与100例正常人对比。结果支气管哮喘患者在急性发作期CD+8细胞数显著降低,CD4+/CD8+比值增高。结论支气管哮喘存在T淋巴细胞及免疫球蛋白IgM水平增高。

Objective To study the change of T-lymphocytes subgroups and serum level of immunoglobulin in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 148 cases were studied and their immunological indexes both at and after the acute period, and 100 normal cases were compared. Results In the acute stage CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and serum IgM were significantly increased while CD8^＋ were remarkably decreased. Conclusion Immunological malfunction of T-lymphocytes and serum IgM play a role in the pathological mechanism of bronchial asthma.
