四襻式亲水性丙烯酸折叠式人工晶体植入术后临床观察

The clinical observation of four-loop foldable intraocular lens’implantation

目的观察四襻式亲水性丙烯酸折叠式人工晶体在眼内植入后的中长期临床效果。方法对81例(85只眼)白内障患者采用超声乳化术,植入Akreos Adapt折叠式人工晶体,18个月内观察其术后视力、术后并发症及视觉症状。结果Akreos Adapt折叠式人工晶体植入后术后视力提高效果明显,未发生眼内炎性反应,在18个月内有7例(8.24%)发生轻度后囊混浊。结论四襻式Akreos Adapt折叠式人工晶体术后视力恢复好,具有良好的生物相容性,眼内稳定性好,后囊混浊发生率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of four-loop foldable intraocular lens＇implantation. Methods 81 cases （85 eyes） of cataract patients operated with phacoemulsifieation and introoeular len＇s implantation were analyzed. Recorded their visual acuity, complications of the surgery and visual symptoms in the following 18 months after the surgery. Results The patients had good visul acuity after the surgery without inflammarion. There were 7 cases （8.24%） of posterior capsular opacification（PCO） happened in the 18 months. Conclusion The four-loop foldable intraoeular len has good bileompatibilitv and stability in the eves. It is also effective in preventing PCO, with good visual acuity.
