摘要
靖边气田全面进入自然稳产期末,地面集输系统已不能适应中、低压气的开发。依据靖边气田现有管网系统结构,对管网增压方式进行比选,建立大型气田区域性增压全局优化模型,结合天然气管网仿真,运用优化技术,决策出最优的气田增压方案,合理布置压缩机站的站位、优化压缩机及管网系统的运行参数,从而协调天然气的采、集、输、配各个环节的关系,在实施天然气集输管网区域性增压输送的同时,既降低管网改造投资,又实现经营部门效益的最大化。
The surface gathering system became unsuitable for gas exploitation when Jingbian gas field has completely gone in-to the end period of the stable production.In consideration of the present pipeline network structure of Jingbian gas field,the pres-sure increasing methods for pipeline network were comparatively selected,and a global optimization model for regional pressure in-creasing of large - scale pipeline network was established to decide the best scheme with the optimized simulating technology.The op-timization scheme consisted of the reasonable laying position of compressor station and operating parameters for compressor and pipeline network,and it could coordinate the relationships of gath-ering,transportation and distribution of the surface gathering sys-tem.New scheme showed obvious effects,such as the rebuilding investments were reduced and the benefits of production depart-ment were maximized.
