动态监测维持性血液透析患者超声心动图的意义

摘要 目的:观察尿毒症血液透析患者超声心动图(UCG)的动态变化,并探讨相关危险因素。方法:采用UCG对85例尿毒症患者左房内径(LAD),左室内径(LVD),室间隔厚度(IVST),左室后壁厚度(IVPWT),E/A值进行动态监测,并探讨UCG多次异常与透析间期体重增加过多、高血压、营养不良、透析不充分等因素的相关关系。结果:尿毒症患者UCG多次异常与透析间期体重增加过多、高血压、营养不良、透析不充分等密切相关。结论:尿毒症患者存在UCG的异常,动态监测UCG对指导尿毒症血液透析患者的治疗有一定的价值。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of ultrasound cardiogram (UCG)tests in uremia patients and analyze its risk factors. Methods: Left atrium diameter(LAD),left ventricular diameter(LVD), interventricular septum thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(IVPWT)and E/A of 85 uremia patients were measured by UCG, and to analysis the correlated to clinical features, such as body weight,blood pressure,levels of albumin. Results: The LAD,LVD,IVST, IVPWT of uremia patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls,and the E/A was significantly lower than that of normal controls (P〈0.05); The frequent abnormal of UCG were correlated to body weight,hypertension,malnutrition and dialysis inadequacy. Conclusions: The uremia patients have abnormal change of ultrasound cardiogram; the follow up ultrasound cardiogram can be used to assess and manage the uremia patients with hemodialysis.
