摘要
随着生产对自动化控制要求的不断提高,控制系统中各设备间需要高实时性、高可靠性的通信。现场总线是一种先进的工业控制技术,本文针对浮法玻璃生产线,采PROFIBUS-DP现场总线与西门子S7-300PLC通讯,提出了体系的优化方法,提高了拉边机自动化集成度。
With the continuous improvement of production automatization control, communication with high real time and high reliability among various equipment in the control system appears more important . Field-bus is an advanced controlling technology of industry. This paper introduces the communication between PLC control system and PROFIBUS field-bus technique, and presents a method to optimize the float glass production control in order to raise the degree of the automatization.
