摘要
针对滚轮修整轨迹进行推导和分析,得出了修整轨迹在某点的曲率半径ρ与修整速比q的变化关系;测定了不同的修整速比q,每转进给量f_d与磨削表面粗糙度R_a的变化情况。在实验的基础上,从理论与实践两方面进行了分析。结果可用于分析和预测R_a或限制工件表面粗糙度。
A conclusion has been reached between p and q through inference and analysis of dressing track of rotary roller. The roughness Ra of grinding surface for various q and fd are also determined. On the basis of experiments, an analysis from theory and practice is made to reveal fundmental relationships in the results which can be used to forecast or restrict the surface roughness of workpieces.
