摘要
单纤维抽拔的分析模型有两种:基质完全包埋纤维和基质呈点状粘结纤维。针对后者研究的不足,提出了多粘结点的抽拔模型。纤维从多个粘结点中的抽拔力并不是所有粘结点单个作用时抽拔力的加和;纤维上粘结点的增加,抽拔力将增加,但存在一个增长极限,过量的粘结点对抽拔力并没有贡献;由于纤维只具有有限的强力,存在一个临界粘结点数,该值主要与粘结点的粘结长度有关。
There are two analytic models of single fiber pull-out behavior: fiber embeddea by matrix completely and fiber bonded by binder in point state. Study on the latter is few now,therefore, a model of single fiber pull-out behavior from multi-bond system is put forward in this paper. The pull-out force from multi-bond system is not equal to the sum of all the pull-out force drawing from each bond lonely, it will increase as the bond number on one fiber increase, however, there exists a limit, the overnumber of bond is useless to contribute to the force of pull-out force. Moreover, there exists a critical number of bond on each fiber because of the limited tenacity of fiber, this value depends on the embedded length of the fiber.
