摘要
随着新增脱硫环保项目的不断增加,如何保证大容量机组脱硫设备的稳定运行的重要性日益显现,文章通过阐述邹县电厂三期2×600 MW机组、四期2×1 000 MW机组脱硫增压风机在试运行期间发生的故障,从设计、安装、运行、检修角度分析发生故障的原因,并根据原因分析采取相关的处理措施。
Along with the continuous increasing of new desulfurization project, it is increasingly important of how to ensure the stable operation of large capacity units desulfurization equipments. Through introducing desulfurization booster fan fault in commissioning of Zouxian Thermal Power Plant＇s 2 ×600 MW unit of third phase and 2 × 1000 MW unit of fourth phase, the paper analyzing fault reason from aspect of design, installation, operation and maintenance,and proposes relevant solving method according to the fault reason.
