摘要
分析了当前贵州省水土保持监测网络和信息系统一期工程建成的8个监测点、130个坡面径流小区在运行、观测、管理等方面存在的问题,从减轻现场观测劳动强度和减少运行维护工作量的角度出发,建议在新监测点的建设中,要重视选址及前期工作,集中布局径流小区,进一步优化观测便道和集水设施的设计,加强施工监管,建立和完善观测人员的聘用制度和管理制度,为径流小区的长期可持续运行和维护奠定良好的基础。
It analyzes the existing problems on operation,observation and management of 8 monitoring points and 130 slope runoff plots that were built in phase 1 monitoring network and information system of soil and water conservation of Guizhou and suggests to pay great attention to site selection and preparation work,concentrate the layout of runoff plots,further optimize the design of observation shortcut and water collection facilities,strengthen supervision on construction,establish and improve recruiting and management systems of observers and lay a solid foundation for long-term,sustainable,continuous operation and maintenance of runoff plots during new monitoring points building from the points of lightening on-the-spot working intensity and reducing work load of operation and maintenance.
