摘要
利用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)讨论了流速及酚醛树脂样品浓度等对测试结果的影响,建立了最佳测试条件:流速1 mL/min,样品浓度(6±1)g/L。跟踪测定了碱催化酚醛树脂合成过程中的分子质量及其分布变化情况。结果表明:通过GPC图谱可直观地了解不同合成阶段树脂分子质量及其分布状况,同时GPC谱图可作为判定树脂质量的依据。
The effect of flow rate and phenolic resin sample concentration on the test results was investiged by gel permeation chromatography. The best experimental conditions were obtained as follows: flow rate 1mL/min, sample concentration(6±1)g/L. The Inolecular weight and its distribution in the synthesis of phenolic resin under base catalysis were determinated. The results showed that the molecular weight and its distribution in different synthesis stages could be investiged directly by gel permeation chromatography traces. GPC could be used as a judging basis for detecting the resin quality.
