Based on the current situation of the development of Chinese electronic journals and Hebei network news media＇s analysis on the internal and external environment, the barrier and strategies of the development of its form of electronic journals, combined with the random sampling investigation, the sustainable development of the ＂electronic journalizing＂ of network resources＇ is discussed.
