为适应科技发展需要,向社会输送高素质人才,研究了实践教学在人才培养中的地位和作用。提出了强化实践教学,提高大学生实践能力和创新能力的途径与措施:以深化实践教学改革为前提,以提高大学生综合素质为出发点,以更新教育观念和人才培养模式为先导,以培养方案创新为突破口。完善实践教学体系建设,优化实践教学内容;强化大学生实践技能培养,全面推进素质教育;加强实践教学管理,提高教师自身业务水平;加大实践教学基础设施建设,扩大实践教学资源。

To meet the need of scientific development and transport high-qualified talents to the society, the status and effect of practical in the cultivation of talents are studies. The methods and measures to strengthen practical teaching and improve college students＇ practical and innovative ability are put forward： the premise is deepening the reform of practical teaching, the starting point is to improve college students＇ comprehensive quality, taking renewing educational concept and talent cultivation mode as the guide, and the innovation of teaching plan as the breakthrough. Therefore, we should： perfect the construction of practical teaching system, optimize practical teaching content; strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ practical skills, push quality-oriented education; strengthen the administration of practical teaching, improve teachers＇ professional level; increase the building of the infrastructure of practical teaching, and enlarge practical teaching resources.
