摘要 凋亡是机体去除多余的或者潜在有害的细胞,达到自我平衡的一种机制。凋亡不足是很多疾病的基础,包括肿瘤。研究显示Bcl—xL基因及蛋白在人细胞的高表达可以阻止凋亡,这是导致肿瘤发生和耐药的最重要的原因。本文探讨了Bcl—xL的作用机制及其与肿瘤之间的关系。 As apoptosis is a mechanism used by cells to regulate tissue homeostasis through the elimination of redundant or potentially deleterious cells. Insufficient apoptosis underlies many diseases, including cancer. Studies show that the high expression level of Bcl-xL gene and the associated proteins in human cells can inhibit cell apoptosis, which is considered as the most important reason that leads to tumorigenesis and drug tolerance development. The relation between Bcl-xL and tumour is explored in this article.
