得到了自然数幂方和由二项系数表示的系数a(ik)的公式和由排列数表示的系数bi(k)的公式,证明了系数存在唯一性及系数间的若干重要性质,给出了计算系数的C-语言程序.

In this paper we give the coefficient formula of natural nuinber＇s power sum represented by combinatorial numbers and by permutation numbers and prove out the existence and uniqueness of coefficients, as well as a few properties among them （ the coefficients）. We also obtain the simplified method and C-program calculating coefficients.
