摘要 生态足迹是一种度量可持续发展程度的指标,它定量地衡量了人类对自然界的影响程度.运用生态足迹和生态承载力的方法,以水土流失严重的福建安溪县为例,评价人类活动对其生态环境的影响作用.以安溪县2006年的统计资料分析和计算显示,安溪县人均生态足迹和人均生态承载力分别为0.39 hm2和0.37 hm2,生态赤字达0.03 hm2,其生态环境处于不平衡状态,并对此提出生态恢复对策. The Ecological Footprint is a measure of the degree of sustainable development indicators, which quantitatively measure the human impact on nature. Using ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of ways to serious soil erosion hilly and mountainous region south of Anxi county as an example, the assessment of human activities on the ecological environment impact. Anxi County in 2006 to the statistical data analysis and calculations show that, Anxi County, the per capita ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity per capita were 0.39 hm^2 and 0.37 hm^2, ecological deficit of 0.03 hm^2, the ecological environment in an unbalanced state, and to this ecological Restoration Strategy
