摘要
介绍了上海轨道交通1号线102号车车体结构形式、主要特点和主要技术参数,根据DIN6700的相关要求,全面进行了工艺验证,并对该车体进行有限元计算和静强度试验,计算和试验结果均满足相关标准和技术规格书的要求。
This paper presents Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 No.102 train car body＇s structure,main features and technology parameters,validates the car body techniques according DIN6700 standard,calculates the ear body by FEM and completes the strength test. The FEM and test results satisfy the requirements of relevant standards and technology specification.
