摘要
论述了地铁车辆玻璃钢头罩与铝合金车体粘接工艺方法,以及制造过程控制,对施工过程中的一些关键项点进行了详细的分析。实践证明,该套粘接工艺方法应用在地铁车辆玻璃钢头罩与铝合金车体粘接是合理的。
This paper discourses upon bonding technology and process control for FRP front mask and aluminum alloy car body of metro vehicles ,analyzes some key points in detail during operations. Many practices proved that this bonding technology is reasonable for FRP front mask and aluminum alloy car body of metro vehicle.
