中药经皮给药佐治小儿肺炎71例疗效观察

The effect of Chinese medicine transdermal delivery in 71 children with pneumonia

目的:探讨中药经皮给药佐治小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:将134例临床诊断为小儿肺炎的患儿随机分为两组,观察组71例,应用中药经皮给药治疗仪、常规方法(给予抗感染及对症支持等)联合治疗;对照组63例,单纯应用常规方法治疗。结果:观察组退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的痊愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药经皮给药佐治小儿肺炎可提高痊愈率,缩短住院时间。

Objective： To investigate the effect of transdermal delivery of Chinese medicine treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods： 134 cases with the clinical diagnosis of pneumonia in children were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 71 cases was treated with Chinese medicine treatment for transdermal delivery combined with the conventional method （ anti-infection and symptomatic support, etc. ） and the control group of 63 cases was given conventional treatment only. Results： The time for pyretolysis, wheezing disappearing, cough release in observation group was shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Observer group of cure rate and total efficiency is significantly higher than that that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ratio of fully recovery and total effective rate were obviously higher than that in control group. Conclusions： Chinese medicine transdermal delivery can improve the cure rate, shortening the length of stay in children with pneumonia.
