寿胎丸对小鼠自然流产模型蜕膜组织SOCS3蛋白表达影响

The Effect Shoutaiwan Makes on the Expression of the Protein-SOCS3 at the Decidua Tissues of Mice With Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

目的:探讨寿胎丸对反复自然流产模型小鼠蜕膜组织SOCS3蛋白表达的影响。方法:设立正常妊娠与自然流产模型,并将自然流产模型小鼠随机分为4组,分别为模型组、寿胎丸低剂量组、寿胎丸中剂量组、寿胎丸高剂量组,应用免疫组化法检测孕14 d各组蜕膜组织SOCS3蛋白的表达。结果:SOCS3在各组均有表达,模型组的SOCS3的表达明显低于正常组(P<0.05),寿胎丸低、中、高剂量的SOCS3表达高于模型组(P<0.05),但与正常妊娠组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:寿胎丸可能通过提高自然流产小鼠模型SOCS3蛋白表达水平,调控Th1向Th2分化,以达到治疗反复自然流产的目的。

Objective： To study the effect Shoutaiwan makes on the expression of the protein-SOCS3 at the decidua tissues of mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods： Mice models with normal pregnancy and with spontaneous abortion were established,and dividing the mice with spontaneous abortion into 4 groups randomly： Model group,Shoutaiwan low dose group,Shoutaiwan middle dose group,Shoutaiwan high dose group.Detect the expressions of the protein-SOCS3 at the decidua tissues pregnanting for 14 days of each group by immunohistochemical method.Results： the protein-SOCS1 all had expressions in each group,compared with the group with normal pregnancy,the expression of the protein-SOCS3 obviously decreased in model group（P〈0.05）;compared with the model group,in Shou Tai Wan low,middle and high dose group,the expression of the protein-SOCS3 obviously increased（P〈0.05）;but compared with the group with normal pregnancy,there was no obvious difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Shoutaiwan may regulate the differentiation from Th1 to Th2 for attaining the purpose of curing recurrent spontaneous abortion,by increasing the expression of the protein-SOCS3 on the mice models with spontaneous abortion.
