高效液相色谱法测定清脑复神液中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Determination of SalviolⅡA in Qingnao-Fushen Liquid With HPLC Method

目的:为提高清脑复神液的药品质量标准。增加清脑复神液中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定项目。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersi(l 150 mm×4.6 mm,5)μC18柱。流动相甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长为270 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.1095-0.3285μg间呈良好线性关系。Y=8284+1.498e+004X,r=0.9996;平均回收率=97.15%(n=6),RSD%=1.07%。结论:本法专属性强,重现性好,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Objective： To determine salviol Ⅱ A in Qingnao-Fushen Liquid for the improvement of quality standard of this prepartion. Methods： The HPLC method was used, cosisted of Hypersil（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） C18 chromatographic column with mobile phase of methanol-water（75：25） at the dectction wavelength of 270 nm. Results： Salviol Ⅱ A showed a linear relationship at the range of 0.1095-0.3285μg,Y=8284＋l.498e＋004X,r=0.9996; the average recovery was 97.15%（n=6）, the RSD% was 1.07%. Conclusion： The method has strong specificity, good reproducibility, can be used as the method of quality control.
