HPLC法测定双黄消炎胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定双黄消炎胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Phenomenex C18 Gemin(i 250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温为室温,以甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:280 nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.501-2.506μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.10%,RSD%=0.5%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,可作为本品质量控制的有效方法。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan capsule. Methods： The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.5% phosphoric acid solution （50：50） at ambient temperature. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 248 nm. Results： The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of Baicalin was 0.501-2.506 μg（r=-0.9999,n= 5）. The average recovery rate was 99.10% with RSD%=0.50%（n=5）. Conclusion：The methods is simple and accurate and could be used for quality control of Shuanghuang Xiaoyan capsule.
