摘要
用羽毛杆水解蛋白粉,在等氮等能的基础上替代对照组饲粮中20、40和60%的鱼粉,添加或不添加赖、蛋氨酸,组成了7个试验组饲粮,对192只罗斯肉鸡进行了2-7周龄的饲养试验。结果表明7周龄的鸡体重、饲料效率、半净膛率和全净膛率各试验组与对照组均无显著差异(p>0.05)。用真代谢能法测得该羽毛蛋白粉和秘鲁鱼粉的氨基酸真利用率分别为85.0和95.4%。羽毛蛋白粉的真、表观代谢能分别为12.68和10.
Feeding experiment was Carried out with 192 Ross I broilers from 2 to 7 weeksold, in which eight different diets constituted by replacing 20, 40 and 60% fish mealof control diet by acid hydrolyzed feather meal on equal nitrogen basis were used. Re-sults indicated no significant difference among treatments for 7-week-old weight, feedefficiency percentage of eviscreated yield with giblet, and percentage of eviscreated yi-eld (0<0.05). TAAAs of the feather meal and fish meal determined by TME assaywere 85.0 and 95. 4% respectively. The TME and AME values of the feather mealwere 12.68 and 10.19 MJ/kg.
