On the Survival and Professional Conditions of Current Countryside Primary and Middle School Teachers

农村中小学教师队伍的状况直接关系到我国基础教育的发展水平,要发展农村教育,办好农村学校,必须为教师的发展提供良好的环境支持。通过对江西省某市农村教师队伍现状的调研,深入了解当前农村教师队伍在生存与职业状况方面存在的主要问题,分析其历史与现实、制度与政策的成因,以期找出解决这些问题的科学合理的对策。

The conditions of countryside primary and middle school teachers directly influence the level of the development of our country＇ s elementary education. In order to develop the rural education and to run the countryside school well, it is necessary to provide the good environmental support for teachers＇ development. By the reasearch of the conditions of countryside school teachers in one city of Jiangxi Province, the author deeply inquires into the main problems of the survival and professional conditions of current countryside teachers and analyzes its history and reality and the origin of its system and policy in order to find out the approporiate and reasonable measures to solve these problems.
