摘要
在电化学染色的热力学研究的基础上,对电化学染色的动力学作了初步的探讨。文中对影响扩散系数的因素,以及电压(U)与扩散系数(D)之间的关系进行了讨论,作出了它们之间的关系曲线,并给出了该曲线的经验方程式。结果表明,直接染料对棉织物的电化学染色可以加快染料的上染速率,达到节约时间、提高生产效率的目的。
The electrochemical dyeing kinetics was researched. This paper discussed the influence factors on the diffus-sion coefficient and the relationship between voltage U and diffussion coefficient D, and gave the empiric equation of U and D. It appeared that using electrochemical dyeing to increase the diffussion coefficient and save time is possible in kinetics.
