涤纶织物碱剂拔染印花及其新助剂的应用实践

The Practice of Polyester Discharge Printing with Alkali and Its New Auxiliaries

新研制的拔染印花助剂WT-DA。和WT-DG用于涤纶织物碱拔染印花的中试生产工艺,介绍了印花设备上进行拔染印花的操作及控制花纹精细度的方法。结果表明,其拔白度和拔染后织物强力优于同类进口助剂。

The auxiliaries WT-DA and WT-DG were used to discharge printing of polyester with alkali. The methods of fine pattern controlling and operation on printing machine were studied. It is shown that the result is superior to the imported auxiliaries.
