摘要
通过无菌砂培自然土盆栽和大田小区试验,以预接种育苗移栽的方法,研究两种VA菌根真菌Glomus mosseae和Glomus intraradices对棉花生长的影响。结果表明:两菌种均表现出了一定的与土著性VA菌根真菌的竞争感染能力。盆栽实验中,两菌种能显著地促进棉花磷素吸收和植株生长(p<0.05)。大田实验中,混合接种也使棉花前期的磷素吸收和植株生长显著提高(p<0.05),并显著地促进棉铃成熟(p<0.05);因后期多雨造成脱桃烂铃严重,最后的籽棉产量增产不显著(p>0.05)。
Effect of two strains of Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices on cotton growthwere tested by pot culture and field plot experiments. cotton seedlings were preinocula-ted with these two strains and transplanted to pots containing sterilized sands or unsterilized soils and field plots. All results showed that both G. mosseae and G. intraradicespredominatly infected cotton roots and effectively competed against indigenous VAMF. Theresults of pot culture still showed that both strains significantly increased phosphorusuptake and plant growth of cotton (P<0.05). In early season field plot experiments,inoculation of cotton seedlings with VAMF also increased both phosphorus uptake andplant growth (P<O.05). But the final yield of unginned cotton was not significantlyincreased because of severe boll rot caused by continuous autumn rain.
