快开门机构能够使门双向移动。在门法兰和壳法兰上下左右四个边上都能安装卡板或卡规。有效地解决了限制隔爆间隙的卡板或卡规只能安装在作单向移动门法兰和壳法兰两个边上,而另外两个边因没有安装卡板或卡规,使壳法兰和门法兰之间隔爆间隙距离不受限制。在爆炸力的作用下,因壳法兰和门法兰弹性变形间隙超出隔爆极限而失爆的可能性。
The fast open-door mechanism can make the door two-way movement. The block plate or gauge are mounted on the four sides of the door flange and housing flange from up and down or left and right. It solves effectively to limit the block plate or gauge of the flameproof gap that can only be mounted on the two sides for one-way movement door flange and housing flange. Moreover, because the block plate and gauge are not mounted on the two sides making the gap between the housing flange and door flange not be limited. Under the action of explosive force, the gap because of the housing flange and door flange strain exceeds flameproof limit to lose explosive ability.
