摘要 结合既有建筑的中央空调水系统的设计与运行状况,分析与讨论了水系统的节能改造技术,以及所产生的节能效益、经济效益、系统运行的可靠性与安全性,得出了既有中央空调水系统的节能改造技术有:主机变频、空调泵变频、水蓄冷等;非线性、大滞后的中央空调水系统适合采用智能控制算法。多项工程节能改造表明:中央空调水系统的各项节能率为20.5%~31%,不到2~4年可以回收节能投资,而且空调系统运行正常,室内温湿度满足要求。 Combining with design and operation status of central air-conditioning water system of existing buildings,the paper analyzed and discussd energy-saving technology of water system,and energy-saving benefit,economic benefit,system operating reliability and security generated by it.It obtained that energy-saving reconstruction technology of central air conditioning water system is:variable frequency of host,variable frequency of air-conditioning pumps,water storage system,and large central air-conditioning water system of non-linear and lagging behind was suitable for using intelligent control algorithm.A number of energy-saving reconstruction projects show that energy-saving rates of central air-conditioning water system are between 20.5% and 31%,and it will take back energy-saving investment in less than 4 years,further more the air-conditioning system operates normally and indoor temperature and humidity meet the requirement.
