摘要
本文介绍了PLC控制的大型龙门刨床交流变频无级调速系统的性能特点及采用PWM整流技术实现了系统同步整流和快速制动,降低了输入谐波、节省了能源,并提出了龙门刨变频调速主传动最大切削功率及回馈能量的计算方法。在现场运行中取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the characteristic of the AC speed regulation system of the large-scale gantry planer and realizes the synchronous rectification and the fast-braking of the main transmission system with a PWM rectifier. In this way, the harmonic of the input has been reduced and the energy has been saved. The calculation method of the maximum of the cutting-efficiency and the feedback-energy has been put forward. The new method attains good effect in the process of the production.
