白鲫对羽毛粉和鱼粉蛋白质消化率的比较 被引量:2

COMPARISONS ON THE PROTEIN DIGESTIBILITIES OF FEATHER MEALS AND FISH MEAL IN CARASSIUS CUVIERI T.ETS

摘要 分别以综合法、高温高压法、酸水解法制取的羽毛粉Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ及秘鲁鱼粉作动物蛋白,配制4种试验饲料,用白鲫(Carassium Cuvieri T. ets.)进行蛋白质消化率对比试验。结果表明:白鲫对羽毛粉Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ及鱼粉中蛋白质的消化率分别为(%)71.36 35.64、73.14、63.49;对羽毛粉Ⅰ、Ⅲ的消化率显著高于羽毛粉Ⅱ和鱼粉。 Peru fish meal and three kinds of feather meal-Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Prepared respectivelyby synthesis, high pressure and high temperature, and acidic hydrolysis, were used asprotein sources to make four types of test diet. The protein digestibilities of the fourtest diets have been tested and contrasted with one another in Carassins cnvieri T. ets.Results Showed that the protein digestibilities of feather meal Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and the fishmeal were 71.36%, 53.64%, 73.18%, and 63.49%, respectively, i. e. the proteindigestibilities of feather meal Ⅰ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of the fe-ather meal Ⅱ and the fish meal in Carassius cnvieri T. ets.
