摘要
通过对浸酸绵羊皮进行鞣制,确定了改性纤维素鞣制最优条件,即鞣剂用量10%、鞣制温度40℃、鞣制初始pH4.5、提碱终点pH8.0、鞣制时间10h。鞣后成革收缩温度(Ts)达85.8℃,且色浅,粒面平细,革身柔软丰满,证实改性纤维素具有一定的鞣性,可满足无铬鞣制基本要求。
The optimum tanning process of modified cellulose was determined by tanning pickled sheep skins. The result showed that were dosage of modified cellulose 10%,temperature 40℃, the initial pH 4.5, final pH 8.0 and tanning time 10 h. The shrinkage temperature of tanned pickled sheep skin with modified cellulose was 85.8℃.The tanned leather possessed good physical properties, such as light color, body, which indicated that the modified cellulose can be used in the free-chrome tanning.
