摘要
通过测定两种鞣剂,即噁唑烷ZE和四羟甲基膦盐THPS在ZE-THPS鞣制顺序用量不同时鞣得革的收缩温度的变化,研究THPS、ZE的鞣性,同时也考察了不同的加脂剂对该结合鞣效果的影响。结果显示:ZE和THPS间能形成良好的协同效应,由此产生的Tanning Matrix可以和胶原纤维很好结合;加脂剂对成革的耐湿热稳定性影响较大,可以破坏两种鞣剂形成的Matrix。
The tanning power of THPS (Tetrakis Hydroxymethyl Phosphonium Sulfate) and Oxazolidine ZE were researched, by meaturing the change of shrinkage temperature between hide and leather tanned with ZE-THPS tanning sequence during the combination tannage. And the influence of fatliquors on the combination tannage was investigated. The results indicated that synergistic effect, a kind of Tanning Matrix formed, can be found between above two tanning agents. And after fatliquoring, the hydrothermal stability of the combination tanned leather decreased.
