The content of ＂the research of the service culture of modem open distance education＂ includes the following aspects, such as the research of the connotation and extension of leaming support services; the research of importance of services concept in distance education; the research of the timeliness, effectiveness and applicability of support services; the research of cost of support service; and the research of problems of support services in the process of distance education teaching.
