Contradiction and Talk between Teaching and Learning of Business English Extensive Reading in Higher Vocational Schools

高职商务英语泛读教学存在着几对似乎难以调和的矛盾。矛盾的出现源于师生认知观念的不一致,及师生处理问题的行为差异;从课程选择到教学方式的选择,从教师对教学内容的呈现到学生对阅读材料的理解等都不同程度地存在着亟待跨越的鸿沟;高职商务英语泛读教学课堂也迫切需要建立新的课堂对话机制。

A couple of contradictions have been existing in Business English extensive reading, it is reported that the cognitive ideas among the teachers and students cause such problems and so does the different actions on the conflict from the two sides in the classroom teaching, which contain the choice of curriculums and teaching modes, presentation of the contents and the understanding of reading materials. It is urgent for teachers and students to approach a new system for the talks in the classroom activities.
