摘要 天然气水合物(NGH)是21世纪潜在的新能源,对NGH的勘探工作目前仍处于调查和摸索阶段,该工作面临的一大问题是如何有效地、高保真地取出水合物岩心。介绍了现阶段NGH的采样工具——保温保压取样器的基本情况及优缺点,分析探索了提高取样器保温和保压性能的方法。提出了2种材料和一种技术的应用,即在保温部分采用陶瓷材料,并结合半导体制冷技术;在保压部分采用气囊原理,并对球阀结构进行了改进设计。 A problem frequently encountered in the coring of natural gas hydrate(NGH) formation is how to preserve the sample as it originally was in the formation,which involves the types of the coring tools used.This paper discussed the performance of hot insulation pressure core barrels,and introduced the methods with witch the performance of the coring tools can be improved.Ceramic material,combined with semi-conductor refrigeration technology,was used in the design of the hot insulation part of the coring tools,and gas bag used in the pressure part of the tools.The structure of the ball valve was improved.
