摘要
通过对不同的高分子吸水膨胀树脂性能的测定,优选出了膨胀倍数满足堵漏要求的高分子吸水膨胀树脂,即丙烯酸钠_壳聚糖高分子吸水膨胀树脂和AMPS-AM-AA三元共聚物高分子吸水膨胀树脂,并对其分子结构进行了分析,同时对优选出的高分子吸水膨胀树脂成功地进行了包覆,实现了膨胀堵漏剂的可控性,并对研制的可控膨胀堵漏剂性能进行了评价。结果表明,经包覆的高分子吸水膨胀树脂吸水速率可明显降低、吸水量也大幅度减少,包覆起到了一定作用,确实能起到抑制高分子吸水膨胀树脂吸水速度的作用。经包覆后的可控膨胀堵漏剂对钻井液的性能影响较小,达到了预期的目标。
A high molecular weight swelling resin suitable for mud loss control was selected for use based on the performance test of different high molecular weight resins.By coating the resin,the swelling capacity of the resin can be controlled according to engineering requirement.Laboratory experiments showed that the coated resin had low rate of water absorption,and the amount of water absorbed was greatly reduced: coating inhibited the water absorption of the resin.The coated resin had very little,if any,influence on the other performance of the drilling fluid.
