摘要
研究了可控膨胀堵漏剂研制过程中的包覆技术,改进了包覆设备,优选了包覆材料和包覆方法,优化了包覆工艺参数,并用改进的包覆设备和优选的包覆材料、包覆方法,在最优的包覆工艺参数下(喷枪高度为10 cm、转速为45 r/min、空气流量为60 L/min),进行了可控膨胀堵漏剂的研制,并对可控膨胀堵漏剂进行了性能评价。结果表明,选用树脂800、树脂900和石蜡作包覆材料进行包覆效果较好,经包覆的高分子吸水膨胀树脂吸水速率明显降低、吸水量减少,包覆起到了抑制高分子吸水膨胀树脂吸水速度的作用。
The coating techniques for a controllable swelling lost material(LCM) were studied and the coating devices were modified.Using the modified devices and coating techniques,a controllable swelling LCM was developed at optimized coating conditions: height of the jet was 10 cm,revolution speed was 45 r/min,and flow rate of air was 60 L/min.Performance evaluation of the LCM showed that the rate of water absorption of the coated high molecular weight water-absorption swelling resin was reduced,and so was the amount of water absorbed.Coating inhibited the water absorption of the high molecular weight resin.
