摘要
以丙烯酰胺AM、丙烯酸AA、丙烯腈AN为单体,将它们与淀粉在引发剂作用下接枝共聚合成了AM/AN/AA/淀粉四元接枝共聚物降滤失剂,初步评价了干燥、粉碎后的产物的性能。结果表明,AM/AN/AA/淀粉四元接枝共聚物在淡水、饱和盐水和复合盐水钻井液中均具有较好的降滤失作用和较好的耐温(不小于150℃)、抗盐(至饱和)、抗钙离子(不小于20%)污染的能力;具有较强的抑制包被能力,能够有效地控制页岩水化分散,有利于保护油气层。
A new polymer filtrate reducer was synthesized by graft copolymerization of monomers such as acrylamide AM,acrylic acid AA,Acrylonitrile AN,with starch.Laboratory evaluation of the copolymer showed that the new product had good filtration control performance and temperature stability(not less than 150 ℃).This copolymer can be used in saturated salt drilling fluid,and in drilling fluid contaminated with 20% calcium.This copolymer also showed satisfactory shale inhibition performance.
