摘要
目前固井作业常用的高温降失水剂均存在不同程度的缺陷,因此采用水溶液聚合法,以刚性单体(Y)、磺酸盐单体(J)和羧酸类单体(S)为主要原料,合成了一种新型抗高温降失水剂(YJS-L)。对其降失水性能进行了评价,初步讨论了其降失水机理。结果表明,加有YJS-L的水泥浆在180℃温度下仍具有良好的流变性和沉降稳定性且析水量低,而且YJS-L对水泥石抗压强度无不良影响。
A new high temperature filtrate reducer,YJS-1,was developed using several raw materials such as sulfonate and carboxylic acid.Laboratory experiments showed that at high temperatures(180 ℃) cement slurry treated with YJS-1 had good rheology and settlement stability.Free water of the treated cement slurry was also low.Compression test showed that YJS-L had almost no negative effects on the compressive strength of the cement set.
