摘要
描述了深层碳酸盐岩储层工程地质特征及钻探该类储层对现有的储层保护技术提出的挑战,指出屏蔽暂堵技术是保护该类储层的有效措施。从暂堵材料、暂堵-解堵机理、暂堵预防储层漏失3个方面介绍了国内外屏蔽暂堵技术的发展及应用情况,认为一般低渗、中、高渗透孔隙型储层屏蔽暂堵技术已相当完善,而针对特低、超低渗透孔隙型及裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层的暂堵技术仍有相当大的发展空间。储层组系裂缝应力敏感性,多尺度裂缝动态宽度与暂堵剂理想匹配模型,高强度、高渗透率恢复率、具特殊功能的暂堵材料等方面的研究,将是屏蔽暂堵技术成功应用于裂缝性储层的基础。指出以屏蔽暂堵技术为指导思想的暂堵性防漏、堵漏和解除技术研究是储层保护技术发展的重要方向。
This paper discussed the development and application of temporary plugging technology both in China and the other countries.The temporary plugging technology for low,medium and high permeability reservoirs were fully developed,while for ultra-low permeability porous and fractured carbonate reservoirs are still in developing.Researches on the stress sensitivity,matching of the dynamic widths of fractures to the sizes of the plugging agents,as well as plugging material of high strength,high permeability return and special performance shall have the potential to pave the road for the application of temporary plugging technology in fractured reservoirs.Mud loss prevention and control using temporary plugging technology,and the removal of the plugging material from the reservoir formations constitute the major reservoir protection technology.
