摘要
油田化学剂磺化的主要作用是提高产品的水溶性或亲水能力,改善产品的抗温抗盐能力,但目前市场上的磺化类产品的质量存在用其它可溶性无机盐冒充正品的磺化成分,或用未磺化或磺化程度不足的产品冒充磺化产品的问题。介绍了目前不同产品标准、方法标准及部分文献中测定产品中磺化度的几种典型方法。这些方法各有特点,各有侧重,针对不同的产品需要选取不同的测试方法,尚未能形成一种相对成熟的通用方法,并且这些方法在理论或程序上都不同程度地存在一些缺陷,如没有考虑由于磺酸盐的强水溶性而造成的误差,因而在很大程度上制约了对磺化产品磺化程度的正确判定,还有其它一些产品如磺化褐煤、磺化栲胶、磺化酚醛树脂等根本没有磺化度的测试要求。提出了一些改进意见和研究方向。
Sulfonation modification of drilling fluid additives usually render the additives better water solubility and improved performance in high temperatures and salinity environment.This paper introduced the assay methods for the determination of the sulfonation number of sulfonated drilling fluid additives,and pointed out the differences between these methods.So far there had been no generally accepted assay method(s) for the determination of the sulfonation number,and some methods presently in use may not give satisfactory results,foe example,some methods did not take into account the strong water solubility of sulfonate products,and some sulfonate products,such as sulfonated lignite,sulfonated tannin and sulfonated phenolic resin even do not have sulfonation number requirement.This paper presented some ideas on this aspect.
